At its last session on the 26th of November 2005, the general assembly of the North Rhine Dental Association, due to § 23 Paragraph 2 of the Health Personnel Act of May 9th 2000
(GV. NRW. P. 403), last legally amended on March 1st 2005 (GV. NRW. P.
148) brought into force as of March 17th 2005, passed the following code of conduct,
which was approved by decree of the Ministry of Work, Health and Social Affairs in North Rhine-Westphalia from Ja¬nu¬ary 19 2006 – III/7 – 0810.

Scale of Charges and Fees for Dentists (Gebührenordnung für Zahnärzte – GOZ) 
The Scale of Charges and Fees for Dentists with amendments and an excerpt from the Scale of Charges and Fees for Doctors. (GOÄ). As of:  January 1, 2002. The Scale of Charges and Fees for Dentists (GOZ) from October 22nd 1987 is the official basis for the dentists’ privat liquidation.
